
A250 /C40
is a one-day celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Founding of the United States, and the 40 anniversary of the Founding of Culinary Historians of New York.
We’ll gather on Saturday, September 26 at Fraunces Tavern, in lower Manhattan for a day of talks, and demonstrations on the subject of colonial and Revolutionary era food. Before, during and after the talks, we will offer foods related to the program.
