A Celebration of Our Members
Tuesday, September 19, 2017
Anthroposophical Society of America
138 West 15th St.
Our September 19 program will spotlight recent accomplishments by our members through brief talks about their work in 2016-2017. Culinary history projects of all sorts, whether a book, dissertation, film, conference paper, contribution to an exhibition, or re-creation of a historical meal, are welcome and are of interest to our community. If you’d like to present at the members’ celebration, please send a message briefly describing your proposal to https://www.culinaryhistoriansny.org/contact/ or send a note to:
150 East 93rd St. #10B
New York, NY 10128
(Unfortunately, because we have limited time, we may need to cap the number of presentations.)
The September program also includes our annual business meeting and election of officers, each of whom serve for staggered, three-year terms. President Cathy Kaufman, and Programming co-chairs, Carolyn Vaughan and Charity Robey are up for reelection this year. If you would like to be considered for a position, please contact Cathy Kaufman at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than September 12.
There is no charge to attend this event for current members (please be sure your membership is up-to-date by logging onto https://www.culinaryhistoriansny.org/membership/renew-change-membership/ to check your status if you are unsure). To reserve a place, please RSVP no later than September 15 via email to email@example.com
